Class Cancellations:

• Students can cancel their registration up to 14 calendar days before the course start date, subject to a 6% cancellation fee for credit card refunds.

• To cancel, email artworksartschool@gmail.com. Note: Missing a class does not count as a cancellation notice.

• Cancellations made 13 calendar days or fewer before the class start date are considered final sale because schedules, staffing, and resources have already been allocated based on the number of registrants. This ensures we can maintain the quality and continuity of our programs.

• If a course is canceled due to low enrolment, students will be notified in advance and receive a full refund.

Student Absences:
Missed classes cannot be rescheduled. Our programs run on a fixed 7-week schedule, and we are unable to accommodate make-up sessions.

General drawing materials and paper are provided, but feel free to bring any personal supplies you enjoy using!
